Courses and workshops: laughter and comedy
Laughter improves our physical and psychological state.
Comedy is characterised by the use of humour to transform, exaggerate and ridicule drama and for comic situations.
When we laugh it improves our sense of well-being.
We really use laughter as an outlet mechanism, which allows us to see everyday situations with perspective and optimism.
Comedy is a field that allows many changes in the social and communication sphere, it allows us to laugh at a reality, at a fact that marks us as social and communicative beings, at everything that makes us better or worse people.
The LAUGHTER and COMEDY workshop is carried out in groups, creating a healthy and positive space among the participants.
We generate a social space of trust, without judgement. Where there will be listening, support and respect. Indispensable conditions to feel good and enjoy the dynamics.
We will also learn comedy techniques. Mistakes and misunderstandings transforming them into nonsense. Dynamic actions. Clown characters. Opposites, parody, surprise...
Comedy works with the resource of "humour" by provoking Laughter.
One-off workshops, with a maximum duration of two hours at a time and a minimum duration of one and a half hours at a time. There is also the possibility of scheduling one workshop per month on a regular basis.
Through game dynamics, relaxation, physical and vocal dynamics. We will create a space of trust and playfulness, which will be beneficial to achieve this first objective.
We will then move on to learn comedy techniques that will complete the workshop, leading to laughter and techniques for laughing and making people laugh.
Both the duration of the workshop and the dynamics are adapted to the characteristics and needs of the group.
